Certificate change information

For workstation PCs:
  • If the device does not connect to the network after restarting
    • Windows key + R → execute: type “cmd” → press Enter → in the new window → type “gpupdate” → press Enter
    • Restart the computer
For WiFi devices, such as tablets and smartphones:
  • Log out of the WiFi completely
    • Delete it if necessary in your connection options
  • Log in again
  • A certificate request appears
    • Confirm this
For Windows notebooks:
  • If a connection to the WiFi exists
    • Delete WiFi user data
      • in the WiFi settings → right-click eduroam → Do not save
    • Log in again
    • A certificate request appears
      • Confirm this
  • If a connection via cable exists
    • Follow the link: https://hrz-wiki.jade-hs.de/de/tp/network/sda/start and search for the following settings on the page
      • Search for the settings for: Hellenic Academic and Research Institutions RootCA 2015: activated
      • Find the settings for: Save credentials and re-enter your credentials
    • Restart computer
