Certificate change information
For workstation PCs:
- If the device does not connect to the network after restarting
- Windows key + R → execute: type “cmd” → press Enter → in the new window → type “gpupdate” → press Enter
- Restart the computer
For WiFi devices, such as tablets and smartphones:
- Log out of the WiFi completely
- Delete it if necessary in your connection options
- Log in again
- A certificate request appears
- Confirm this
For Windows notebooks:
- If a connection to the WiFi exists
- Delete WiFi user data
- in the WiFi settings → right-click eduroam → Do not save
- Log in again
- A certificate request appears
- Confirm this
- If a connection via cable exists

- Search for the settings for: Hellenic Academic and Research Institutions RootCA 2015: activated
- Find the settings for: Save credentials and re-enter your credentials
- Restart computer
