The Service Desk deals with all enquiries from university members and staff to the University Computing Centre.

The service User Administration deals with all issues concerning identities in the IT systems of the Jade University of Applied Sciences, i.e. the creation, modification and deletion of user accounts.

The CampusCard service is responsible for creating and maintaining the personalised and multifunctional CampusCard.

With the help of the ticketsystem, enquiries can be made to the HRZ.
