The service User Administration deals with all issues concerning identities in the IT systems of the Jade University of Applied Sciences, i.e. the creation, modification and deletion of user accounts.
The CampusCard service is responsible for creating and maintaining the personalised and multifunctional CampusCard.
IT Service for Students
The IT-Service für Studierende (ITSfS) is primarily intended to assist students in their daily work with all technical IT issues.
With the help of the Ticketsystem, enquiries can be made to the HRZ.
