Plotting
The University Computing Center provides all members and members of the Jade University of Applied Sciences with various devices for plotting.
Plotter in the pool rooms of the HRZ
In some pool rooms operated by the HRZ, plotters are available whose procurement and operation is not financed by study quality funds. Therefore, these plotters are available to all members and members of Jade University of Applied Sciences, but there is a charge for their use.

With the start of the summer semester 2016, it is possible for students to “top up” required plot credit themselves. This is made possible by the reloaders set up at the study locations (WHV: S E22 / OL: MR 114). Required plot credit is debited from the “wallet” of the CampusCard and transferred to the plot system; this now enables individual provision in the shortest possible time. Support, e.g. by AStA, is no longer required.
Staff members can top up their plot account in the HRZ using this Formulars (please print out, complete and submit to the HRZ).
Refund of plot credits
Upon completion of your studies or upon leaving the department, you have the option of refunding any remaining credits on your plot account.
The form required for this can only be obtained from the HRZ. Please visit the HRZ in person, where you will receive the appropriate form, which must be completed on site.
Important:
If the remaining credit balance is up to €30.00, cash payment will be made by Department 5:

Credit balances over €30.00 will only be paid out by bank transfer to the account specified on the form.
Once the refund has been made, the plot credit balance will of course be set to €0.00.

Notes on the HRZ Plotters
The PCs in the adjacent computer labs are well-suited for plotting. The plotters are already set up there. When plotting a PDF file, please make sure to open it with Adobe Acrobat if possible. If you are using removable storage media, save the document to the PC first, if possible. If possible, save only one drawing or page per PDF file. Plotting is only possible on the plain paper provided by the HRZ.

Plotters are also available in the academic departments; please contact the staff in the respective departments to use these devices.
