The CampusCard—which serves as both a student ID and an employee ID—has a built-in access control function that is used at all campuses. This includes parking access at the Oldenburg campus as well as access to buildings and rooms.

Access permissions are not managed by the HRZ but must be requested through Department 4: Building Management.
