Via the ticket system members and relatives of the university are able to send notifications to the computing centre Helpdesk. The advantage is, that it is easier and faster for you to receive proper help for your question. It is not on you to find the responsible person in the computing centre.

Every member and relative of the university is able to create a ticket. Employees of the Jade university are also able to create tickets in the helpdesk.

If you work at the following service units of Jade University, you may also have access to the Supportportal Access:

  • University Computer Centre
  • Institute for Online Teaching
  • Student Affairs (eCampus)
  • Web Service (Moodle)
  • Central Student Advisory Service
