Cisco Unity Connection

Setting up the Answerphone

  1. call up https://voip-uni-1.hs-woe.de → Cisco Unity Connection
  2. Within the menu of the user → Import Users
    a. Find End Users In = PhoneSystem
    b. search for the employee and import him/her

Reset the Password for the Answerphone and unlock the PIN

  1. call up https://voip-uni-1.hs-woe.de → Cisco Unity Connection
  2. Within the menu of the user → Users
    a. search for the employee
    b. in the “edit” menu
    * Password Settings = here you can unlock the PIN
    * Change Password = here you can reset the password to the standard password one. Afterwards, tick off “User Must Change at Next Sign-In” in the Password Menu.
