“Konferenz jetzt” (ENG: „Conference Now“) is a feature to start a telephone conference by yourself. Both internal and external interlocutors can join this conference. Up to 10 participants are possible. With internal contacts, you can even make video calls.

First, you need to log in under https://voip-pub-1.hs-woe.de/ucmuser/ to define a PIN and a password.
To log in, use your username (e.g. ab1234) with the corresponding password.

Then click on “Allgemeine Einstellungen” (ENG: „General Settings“).
Here you need to set a “PIN für Telefondienste” (ENG: „PIN für telephone services“). If you have an answerphone, this step omits, because the PIN is the same.

Under “Konferenz jetzt”, you set a participant access code, with which access to your conference is secured.
The conference number is predetermined (your own telephone number).

To start a conference, execute the following steps:

1. Call +494421 985 2999 (internal quick dialling number: 2999).
2. Type in your conference number (always your own telephone number) and confirm with #.
3. Type in your PIN for telephone services to start the conference.

Now the conference is started.

Participants need to do the following:

1. Call +494421 985 2999 (internal quick dialling number:2999).
2. Type in your conference number (always your own telephone number) and confirm with #.
3. Type in the participant access code and confirm with #.

You have successfully joined the conference.
