At the Jade University, the management of documents is executed by the product “d.3” of the company d.velop. The computing centre of the Jade University is responsible for the technical instigation. The using institutions are responsible when it comes to the content.

The following functionalities are provided:

• management of documents as an archive system
• research, presentation and editing of documents per computer-client
• research and presentation per web-client and computer-client
• link of the d.3-authorisation administration to the user administration of the Jade University.
