- Webex Teams Apart from the use of Webex as a meeting platform, there is the possibility of using it as Webex Teams. In Webex, it is possible to create virtual rooms to form e.g learning groups etc. In the following is a short guide on how to use Webex Teams.
- Contacts
- Contacts On the Contacts tab you can manage your contacts and group them. Add contact You can create a contact entry using the „Add contact“ button: * If you want to create a contact outside the university, select „Create custom contact“
- Messages
- Messages On the Messages tab, messages can be sent to individual persons or to groups - here called areas. The areas created under Teams are displayed here as areas. Messages to these areas therefore reach all area members assigned to them.
- Calls
- Calls You can check the status of your call number via the icon in the client. You can also make settings by clicking on the icon.
- Teams
- Teams Here you have the option of creating areas. These areas can represent, for example, an internship group, a learning group or a seminar. Once you have created an area, you can add users. This can only be done by the moderators, in our case activated Webex users.

- Security Digital, electronic e-mail signatures and the encryption of e-mails can be used to increase security in the e-mail sector. To be able to use these, a digital user certificate is required. During the creation process, a digital key pair is generated which is confirmed by a certification authority. This key pair consists of 2 parts, the private and the public key:
