Communication Systems
The communication systems service group of the computing centre (HRZ) deals with all topics relating to communication. It offers the following services:
Call Centre
The call centre service is responsible for the provision and operation of the Cisco Unified Communication component “Call Centre”.
The e-mail service is responsible for the provision and operation of the Microsoft Exchange system for the employees and students of the Jade University. More information can be found here.

E-Mail Distribution
The e-mail distribution service is responsible for the operation of the Sympa e-mail distribution list management system. More information can be found here.
Jabber
The Jabber service is responsible for the provision and operation of the Cisco Unified Communication component “Cisco Jabber”. More information can be found here.
Telephony
The service telephony is responsible for the provision and the operation of the Cisco Unified Communication component „Voice“. Further information can be found here.
WebEX
The Cisco WebEx Meetings service is currently available in a test phase. Meetings with up to 1000 participants can be held. More information can be found here.
