The IT service for students is a service unit of the computing centre. Its primary task is to help students with all of their daily technical problems and questions concerning IT.

Elsfleth:

Elsfleth does not offer its own IT service for its students. Here, students are assisted by the computing centre.

Lecture Periods

During the lecture period, the IT service for students is available Monday to Thursday from 8 AM - 4 PM and Friday from 8 AM - 2 PM.

Time of Exams

During the time of exams, the IT service for students is available Monday to Friday from 10 AM - 2 PM.

Semester Break

During the semester break, the IT service for students is not available.
